I am so sorry to hear that. Truly. It's especially hard for me to understand having any opinion other than devastation - especially as a clinician. We take care of people every single day simply because humanity matters. Not because we like them or respect them or literally anything. We do it because it's the right thing to do. It's so foreign to see that whole groups of people on social and in real life don't view things that way.
