Thank you so much for reading. Sometimes I feel like my ability to see all shades of gray is debilitating but times like this I think it’s probably useful!
Thank you so much for reading and for engaging! It’s so hard to keep up with the changes happening in healthcare so anything I can do to at least highlight the things that I find to be important I will do! Thank you again for following and reading!
Well, the report offers a lot of "researching" and "studying" but doesn't offer much in the way of implementation plans. This 20 page report repeats much of what RFK Jr. has mentioned in the past and what he believes are the problem areas. He seems to think NIH will be very involved but being that a 20% budget reduction is in the works, it's unlikely we will see immediate, if any, movenment at all. I do like the continued mention of water issues, processed food issues, some medical school curriculum potential changes. On page 2, the report mentions lack of physiscal activity. This is where parents have failed miserably. Between video games, TV, social media and other cell phone, desktop devices and laptops, kids don't leave their house. Parents need to limit access, schools need to monitor cell phone usage and kids need to get outside again. No government program will fix this. It's 100% on the parents.
Oh friend, so nice to see your comment here especially because I have been wanting to text you about this since the report came out! I was also disappointed to see that there weren’t many details on implementation although I suspect that was intentional. I was also happy to see The emphasis on water, etc… couldn’t agree more that the real answers lie within our own households and as parents we must do better.
Thank you so much for reading, Robert! I think we all know we can’t sit around and wait for the government to save us but sometimes you hope that they might make things just a little bit easier or better somehow. Time will tell!
Wow, what a great article and summary of the announcement. Your commentary is thoughtful, balanced, and pragmatic as always.

Thanks, Tiffany for a thoughtful and insightful article.
Tiffany, so informative and educational, as always. And I love how you are able to cover all key points in such an organized, easy to understand way

I agree with Richard. Great article and take on the events yesterday. Also, good points on both sides. Makes you think!
Thanks so much for reading Devin!
